LLAVOR PROGRAM 2024

Background

IdISBa's supporting plan for emerging groups and researchers develops the objectives that the Institute's strategy plan (2021-2024) puts forward. As these objectives aim to promote the career of new researchers as well as to strengthen the quality of the scientific output produced at the IdISBa, we establish different actions to encourage and support the activity of emerging researchers. Among these, we can find a funding line for emerging researchers to use to cover expenses such as travel and accommodation expenses, conference and seminars registration fees, purchase of small equipment, as well as the access to continuing education courses.

Purpose and grant categories

This grant aims to provide emerging researchers and emerging research groups with funding, which is allocated in three different categories:

1.    Purchase of small lab material, including equipment and fungible goods.

2.    Continuing education courses or specific training.

3.    Participation in congresses.

In accordance with IdISBa’s supporting plan for emerging researchers and research groups, there are two different gran categories:

a) Grants for emerging researchers.

b) Grants for emerging research groups.
